Services Usage
A user account, containing the ability to access Har.Store services, must have been obtained through purchasing a services through our payment system or at one of our official resale points. Har.Store is not liable for potential claims caused by one of their consumers on intellectual property of third parties. In such events the consumer protects Har.Store for claims from third parties. You may only use an account on one computer. However, if that computer is replaced or changed and this causes a failure in ability to use the account, a Har.Store staff member will review your situation and allow access if it is deemed appropriate. We reserve the right to deactivate or delete an account at any time for the following reasons:
- Sharing an account with another computer or user. If an account is shared between multiple computers and these computers are not regarded as replacement or upgrades by a Har.Store staff member.
- Chargeback, claim or dispute. If you open a dispute or a claim or do a chargeback through any of our payment services.
- Misuse of an account. If it is deemed that you have tampered with our software or have tried to use it for purposes of which it was not intended.
- Abuse of misconduct. If you are abusive or do not conduct yourself as we deem appropriate.
- Working for an opposite entity. If you work for an anti-cheat company, or an entity that works against Har.Store in any way.
- Using the software on a virtual machine.
We have the right to deny access to our websites and services by blocking your account, computer and network at any time. Please note that you may be banned by anti-cheat software when using our services. Har.Store is not liable for any damage what so ever in case of detection after purchasing and using the services.

This privacy policy will always be available on our website for you to review. When purchasing a service from Har.Store you may be asked to enter your name, email address, credit card information and/or bank information. Your name and credit card information and bank information is not stored on our website but is processed by one of our payment services who each have their own independent privacy policy. We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal information. We may use your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours to others rights, or safety. At our discretion we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies and terms and conditions. When using the Facebook connect platform you agree that we also store the full name used on the connected Facebook account. Har.Store will take appropriate measures to secure collected data. Har.Store however is not liable for any damage in case of loss of data.
Refunds and Payment Disputes
All sales are final. Subscriptions, licenses, digital products, and services provided by us are non-refundable. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to approve, deny, or refuse any refund request at any time. Any attempt to obtain a refund through a chargeback, payment dispute, claim, reversal, or other forced payment recovery method will be considered a violation of these Terms of Usage. Such actions will result in, without limitation:
- Immediate and permanent termination of access to our community;
- Suspension or revocation of all active subscriptions, licenses, keys, and services;
- Permanent restriction from future purchases or access to our products and services.
The cancellation, reversal, denial, expiration, or unsuccessful outcome of a chargeback or payment dispute does not negate the violation. The violation is deemed to have occurred at the moment the chargeback, dispute, claim, or forced refund request is initiated. By purchasing and using our products or services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
